Orders and Payment

Custom Orders

Custom cake and bakery orders require a deposit and signed agreement. Changes to custom orders may incur additional charges and must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

Cancellation Policy

Standard orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup or delivery. Custom orders require 48 hours notice for cancellation. Deposits for cancelled custom orders may be non-refundable depending on the stage of completion.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery fees apply based on location and order size. Pickup times must be scheduled in advance. We are not responsible for products left unattended after delivery or pickup time.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery to discuss a resolution.
